There is an intestinal virus going around our community. Over the last few weeks I have seen several children and a few adults in my office practice with symptoms that include vomiting, fevers, and diarrhea. It has been prevalent enough that I have bought two new cars and a boat off of this virus. Not really, but you get the point. Take my advice. Wash your hands and then wash them again. Believe me, you don’t want this virus. If all goes wrong and you get it, come see me. I have another house payment to make. One of the nurses in our office had one of her children come down with the same. We all laughed when she told us that he came into her bedroom and told her, “Mommy, my poop melted.”
